Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you need to cancel your child's registration, please notify us via email 14 days prior to the week your child is enrolled. Any cancellation made prior or on this date will be subject to a $100 fee per child and $50 cancellation fee per family. If cancellation is made after 14 days prior to the week your child is enrolled, a credit will be issued that can be used for any Matt Paul Sports program throughout the calendar year. Your credit is transferable to any family member or may be donated. Please note: No refunds or credits will be given if a cancellation is made 14 days prior to the week your child is registered to attend.
Lunch is available for purchase at our SCH location only. Lunch must be bought prior to the start of the week and cannot be bought throughout the week. Lunch is $30 per week per child and can be paid through the Active System or by check the Monday morning of camp. NO PAYMENTS AFTER MONDAY WILL BE ACCEPTED. PLEASE BRING YOUR CHILD A LUNCH.
